- Programming and Space Planning
Our philosophy is to maintain a close collaborative relationship between the client, the architect and the interior designer, early in the space planning phase. Defining the clients' needs and desires, at this time, allows the architecture and the interior design to blend seamlessly into our clients' lifestyle. At this early stage, the development of the interior palette is begun and the important questions of lighting, color and texture are addressed.
During this phase, refinement of the interior design palette continues. Final decisions are made on the selection of furniture, fixtures and equipment.
We can provided full service construction documents including trim details; kitchen, bath, and cabinetry elevations; reflected ceiling and lighting plans; furniture plans; and floor finish plans.
- Construction Phase Services
We represent our client during the entire construction process to keep them informed and to help insure timely and satisfactory performance and completion of all construction phases and interior design work.
Bradshaw Design Group's procurement department has tremendous experience and expertise in ordering, tracking, receiving deliveries, and installation coordination for a multitude of project types. We use proprietary in-house systems to keep both large and small procurement orders on track and delivered as promised.
As the construction nears completion, we will be on site during necessary deliveries and will coordinate the placement of all furniture and design elements that make the interior complete.
